ABOUT THIS WORKOUT

An advanced level, lower body weights workout. You will need a full gym equipment set up. This routine will target the full legs. We advice to increase the weights with these exercises and we advice to do all movements slow and controlled. There are no fast paced movements or jumping in this advanced leg / lower body weights.
